Our premium, small-batch extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is grown, harvested, and cold-pressed on our family-owned estate in Ramona, California. Nestled on over 8 sun-drenched acres, our olive grove enjoys the perfect microclimate—California sunshine and cooling coastal breezes—ideal for producing world-class olive oil with rich, complex flavor profiles.

Our orchard features over 800 Spanish and Italian olive trees, allowing us to craft three distinct oils: pure Spanish varietal, pure Italian varietal, and a signature balanced blend. Each olive type is harvested at peak ripeness and cold-pressed within hours onsite at our mill to preserve freshness, aroma, and nutrition.

We produce only first cold pressed, unfiltered EVOO using time-sensitive, temperature-controlled methods that lock in high levels of polyphenols—natural antioxidants linked to heart health and anti-inflammatory benefits.
